دخل نادي تشيلسي  في سباق التعاقد مع صانع الألعاب الألماني “فلوريان فيرتز”، نجم ليفربول، وذلك برغبة قوية من المدير الفني للبلوز “تشابي ألونسو”، الذي يسعى للم الشمل مجددًا مع تلميذه السابق بعد التجربة الناجحة التي جمعتهما سويًا في باير ليفركوزن.

وكشفت تقارير صادرة عن شبكة “تيم توك” أن إدارة النادي اللندني تضع اللاعب تحت المجهر في الوقت الراهن، مستغلة عدم ظهوره بالمستوى المتوقع منذ انضمامه إلى قلعة أنفيلد، وهو الأمر الذي جذب أيضًا أنظار أندية أوروبية كبرى على رأسها ريال مدريد وبرشلونة وبايرن ميونيخ.

وكان ليفربول قد حسم صفقة فيرتز في صيف 2025 مقابل صفقة قياسية بلغت (116 مليون جنيه إسترليني)، جعلت منه اللاعب الألماني الأغلى في تاريخ اللعبة، وشارك صاحب الـ 23 عامًا في 55 مواجهة رسمية بقميص الريدز، تمكن خلالها من إحراز 7 أهداف وتقديم 11 تمريرة حاسمة، علمًا بأن ارتباطه التعاقدي مع النادي يمتد حتى صيف عام 2030.

وعلى الجانب الآخر، أوضحت المصادر ذاتها أن إدارة ليفربول لا تنوي مطلقًا فتح باب الرحيل أمام فيرتز في الوقت الحالي أو خلال الفترة القادمة. وتفضل إدارة الريدز توفير كامل الدعم والوقت الكافي للاعب لاستعادة بريقه وتطوير مردوده على أرضية الميدان، بغض النظر عن الضغوط الخارجية ومحاولات بايرن ميونيخ المستمرة لاستقطابه.
