أتخذ نادي الزمالك خطوة قانونية تصعيدية جديدة في خلافه المالي القائم مع لاعبه السابق ونجم الأهلي الحالي “أحمد سيد زيزو”، حيث أعلن المستشار القانوني للقلعة البيضاء “كمال شعيب” عن تقديم بلاغ رسمي لنيابة الأموال العامة.

وقد أوضح شعيب بتصريحاته: “تقدمنا ببلاغ لنيابة الأموال العامة ضد زيزو بسبب عقود الإعلانات ولدينا قناعة بأن الزمالك صاحب حق وسنستمر في شكوانا ومطالبنا حتى النهاية، الواقعة بها جزء جنائي وجزء خاص بنيابة الأموال العامة وننتظر قرار النيابة في هذا الأمر، اللاعب ليس له مستحقات عند نادي الزمالك، وكل شيء كان يستند عليه هي كلمة بونص وهذه كلمة مبتدعة ليس لها وجود، اللاعب حصل على مستحقاته وأثبت وأقر ذلك”.

وتابع شعيب كاشفاً عن التحرك الموازي داخل اتحاد الكرة قائلاً: “لجنة شؤون اللاعبين أثبتت أن زيزو ليس له حق عند نادي الزمالك، وتقدمنا بشكوى لاتحاد الكرة بمطالبنا وهي أن يدفع زيزو 20 مليون جنيه عقد الإعلانات، وعن فك القيد لنادي الزمالك؟ مجلس الإدارة يسعى ويتخذ كل الإجراءات التي تساهم في فك القيد”.

Zamalek Club has taken a new legal escalation step in its ongoing financial dispute with its former player and current Al-Ahly star “Ahmed Sayed Zizo,” as the legal advisor of the White Castle, “Kamal Shaib,” announced the submission of an official complaint to the Public Funds Prosecution.

Shuaib clarified in his statements: “We filed a complaint with the Public Funds Prosecution against Zizo due to the advertising contracts, and we are convinced that Zamalek is in the right. We will continue with our complaint and demands until the end. The incident has a criminal part and a part related to the Public Funds Prosecution, and we are waiting for the prosecution’s decision on this matter. The player has no dues with Zamalek Club, and everything he relied on was the word ‘bonus,’ which is a fabricated term with no existence. The player received his dues, and he proved and acknowledged that.”

Shuaib continued, revealing the parallel move within the Football Association, saying: “The Players’ Affairs Committee proved that Zizo has no claim against Zamalek Club, and we submitted a complaint to the Football Association with our demands, which are that Zizo should pay 20 million pounds for the advertising contract. And regarding lifting the ban on Zamalek Club?” The board of directors is striving and taking all measures that contribute to lifting the ban.
