وضع القائمون على المنتخب الإماراتي الأول لكرة القدم اللمسات الأخيرة على برنامج الإعداد الخاص بنهائيات كأس آسيا 2027، والتي تحتضنها الملاعب السعودية مطلع العام المقبل.

وأعلن “مطر الصهباني” المشرف العام على المنتخب عن تفاصيل الخطة الفنية التي تستهدف تجهيز الفريق للمنافسة بقوة وتقديم مستويات تليق بتطلعات الشارع الرياضي، وجاء هذا الإعلان عقب إسدال الستار بصورة نهائية على ملف المشاركة في بطولة كأس الخليج العربي الـ27، حيث وجهت الإدارة الفنية كامل تركيزها نحو الاستحقاق القاري المرتقب، والذي تنطلق منافساته في الفترة ما بين السابع من يناير وحتى الخامس من فبراير.

محطتان إعداديتان قبل التحدي الكبير

المحطة الأولى تنطلق تزامناً مع نافذة المباريات الدولية لشهر نوفمبر، والممتدة من التاسع حتى السابع عشر من الشهر ذاته، وتشمل هذه المرحلة خوض مواجهات ودية سيُكشف عن أطرافها خلال الأيام المقبلة، وأما المحطة الثانية فستكون عبر معسكر داخلي يقام داخل الإمارات مع بداية شهر يناير، ويستمر حتى موعد التوجه إلى المملكة العربية السعودية للدخول في معترك البطولة رسمياً، ويخوض المنتخب الإماراتي منافسات الدور الأول ضمن المجموعة الخامسة، والتي تضعه وجهاً لوجه أمام منتخبات كوريا الجنوبية وفيتنام واليمن.

ثمار المشاركة الخليجية ولمسات زلاتكو داليتش

وقد أعتبر الصهباني المشاركة الأخيرة في خليجي 27 بمدينة جدة، والتي نال فيها الفريق مركز الوصافة عقب النهائي أمام صاحب الأرض، محطة ثرية بالمكاسب الفنية رغم قصر الفترة التي سبقتها.

وأوضح المشرف العام أن المدرب الكرواتي زلاتكو داليتش أحدث نقلة نوعية سريعة منذ استلامه دفة القيادة الفنية في أغسطس الماضي، حيث استثمر فترة تحضيرية وجيزة لم تتعد أسبوعاً واحداً ومن دون أي تجارب ودية لبناء هوية تكتيكية واضحة للفريق.

وساعدت المباريات الأولى للمدرب على اختبار جاهزية جميع عناصر القائمة المكونة من ستة وعشرين لاعباً، وهو ما انعكس على الأداء القوي والنتائج اللافتة، بداية من الانتصار العريض على اليمن برباعية نظيفة، ثم الفوز على البحرين بثلاثية، والتعادل الإيجابي مع قطر بهدف لمثله، وصولاً إلى تخطي عقبة عمان بهدفين دون رد في المربع الذهبي.

استقرار إداري والتفاف جماهيري

حرصت الإدارة طوال المعترك الخليجي على فرض حالة من الهدوء والعزل الذهني حول اللاعبين لإبعادهم عن الضغوط الجماهيرية والإعلامية، حيث اقتصرت مهمة التعامل المباشر مع وسائل الإعلام على مطر الصهباني وإسماعيل راشد وفق نهج اتسم بالشفافية والوضوح.

واختتم الصهباني حديثه بالإشادة بالمساندة المستمرة التي قدمها مجلس إدارة اتحاد الكرة، مثمناً في الوقت ذاته الوقفة الجماهيرية الصادقة خلف المنتخب، ومؤكداً أن المرحلة المقبلة ستشهد مزيداً من التطور والعمل الجاد لمواصلة حصد النتائج الإيجابية تحت قيادة الجهاز الفني الحالي.

Al-Sahbani considered the recent participation in Khaliji 27 in Jeddah, in which the team won the runner-up position after the final in front of the landowner, a station rich in technical gains despite the short period before.

The general supervisor explained that Croatian coach Zlatko Dalic has made a rapid qualitative leap since taking over the technical leadership last August, where he invested a short preparatory period of no more than one week and without any friendly experiences to build a clear tactical identity for the team.

The first matches helped the coach to test the readiness of all the elements of the list consisting of twenty-six players, which was reflected in the strong performance and remarkable results, starting with a wide victory over Yemen with a clean quadruple, then the victory over Bahrain with a triple, a positive draw with Qatar with a similar goal, up to overcoming the obstacle of Oman with two unanswered goals in the Golden Square.

Administrative stability and mass detour

Throughout the Gulf battle, the administration was keen to impose a state of calm and mental isolation around the players to keep them away from public and media pressures, as the task of dealing directly with the media was limited to Matar al-Sahbani and Ismail Rashid according to a transparent and clear approach.

Al-Sahbani concluded his speech by praising the continuous support provided by the FA board of directors, appreciating at the same time the sincere public stand behind the team, stressing that the next stage will witness further development and hard work to continue to reap positive results under the leadership of the current technical staff.
