The Algerian international striker “Amin Chikha” has become the talk of the sports circles in Norwegian stadiums, following the outstanding performances he delivered while wearing the Rosenborg jersey, which showcased an exceptional attacking talent that clearly made a difference during the current 2026 season.
According to a recent report published by “GoalUnit,” the “Desert Warriors” striker topped the list of the highest market value players in the Norwegian league, with his estimated value jumping to 17.5 million euros, comfortably surpassing his closest rivals, including Norwegian star Jens Petter Hauge, valued at 15.5 million euros, and Fredrik Sjølstad in third place with 13.7 million euros.
This meteoric marketing leap did not come out of nowhere, but rather translated the significant offensive effectiveness of the twenty-year-old striker in the attacking third; Shiaha succeeded in scoring 14 goals and providing 3 assists during 22 matches he played with Rosenborg in the league, turning into a key player in his team’s front line and one of the brightest rising names in the European continent.
On the other hand, the disparity in performance between his Norwegian team and his appearances with the Algerian national team has become a hot topic for local media, especially given the young player’s failure to score in recent international matches against Zambia, Burundi, and Niger. This has opened the door to questions and public discussions about his ability to transfer his scoring brilliance from Scandinavian pitches to the African and international arenas.
