زلزال في البريميرليج.. هل يهبط مانشستر سيتي إلى التشامبيونشيب؟
يعيش نادي مانشستر سيتي واحدة من أصعب مراحله، بعد أن عادت قضية المخالفات المالية إلى الواجهة من جديد، وسط حديث متزايد عن عقوبات رياضية قد تقلب حاضر النادي ومستقبله رأسًا على عقب، وتصل إلى حد إنزاله إلى دوري الدرجة الأولى الإنجليزي “التشامبيونشيب”.
وأكد الصحفي “أوليفر هولت” أن العقوبة المنتظرة قد تتضمن خصم كبير من رصيد النقاط، بما يكفي لإسقاط الفريق من الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز، إضافة إلى غرامة مالية ضخمة، غير أن حجم العقوبة النهائي لا يزال غير محسوم، ولم يتضح بعد ما الذي ستستقر عليه الجهات المعنية.
ولا يتوقف الأمر عند الهبوط وحده، فبحسب التقرير، قد يُفرض خصم نقاط إضافي ينعكس على الموسم التالي في التشامبيونشيب نفسه، فيجد النادي صعوبة في العودة السريعة إلى دوري الأضواء، ويمتد غيابه عن الممتاز لموسم آخر، ويبقى هذا الاحتمال مرهونًا بما سيُعتمد ضمن القرار الأخير.
أين وصلت القضية؟
لا يوجد حتى الآن أي إعلان رسمي بشأن العقوبات النهائية، حيث تنتظر لجنة رابطة الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز ثبوت مخالفات مالية خطيرة، وذُكر أنها أدانت النادي في 114 تهمة من أصل 115 تتصل بقواعد الدوري المالية، وفي المقابل، قدّم النادي استئنافًا بتاريخ 2 أكتوبر 2026، ما يعني أن الملف ما زال مفتوحًا، وأن موعد صدور العقوبة وتفاصيلها لم يُحدد بعد.
