أطلقت إدارة نادي الرجاء الرياضي المغربي خطة عملية لإعادة الترتيب من الناحية المالية، والتي ستعمل على تقليص النفقات الموجهة إلى الجمعية الرياضية التابعة له، ويأتي هذا التحرك بعد تقييم شامل للموقف المالي والالتزامات المتراكمة، حيث تهدف الإدارة إلى وقف نزيف المصروفات الجانبية وضخ السيولة المتاحة في المسارات الأكثر إلحاحا، ضمانا للاستقرار وتفاديا لتكرار أزمات العجز المالي.

وتشمل الخطة الجديدة فصلا واضحا بين الذمة المالية للشركة الرياضية التي تدير الفريق الأول ونشاط الاحتراف، وبين ميزانية الجمعية المعنية بالقواعد والفئات السنية، التزاما بالنصوص القانونية المنظمة للرياضة وتطبيقا لمبادئ الحوكمة. ويعتبر غلق ملف النزاعات المعلقة وسداد المستحقات العاجلة أولوية قصوى للمسؤولين، لتقليص الأعباء والوصول إلى توازن حقيقي بين المداخيل والمصاريف اليومية.

وعلى الصعيد الفني، حرص النادي المغربي على ألا تمس إجراءات التقشف جودة المنافسة الرياضية؛ إذ تتجه الأنظار نحو تفعيل دور الأكاديمية بصورة أوسع لتصعيد المواهب وتغذية الفريق الأول ببدائل جاهزة وأقل تكلفة، بالتوازي مع فتح الباب أمام شراكات ورعايات جديدة تعزز الموارد وتساعد الجمعية على تمويل أنشطتها ذاتيًا.

The management of the Moroccan Raja Sports Club has launched a practical plan for financial rearrangement, which will reduce the expenses directed to its sports association, and this move comes after a comprehensive assessment of the financial position and accumulated liabilities, as the management aims to stop the bleeding of side expenses and pumping available liquidity in the most urgent tracks, to ensure stability and avoid the recurrence of financial deficit crises.

The new plan includes a clear separation between the financial solvency of the sports company that manages the first team and the professional activity, and the budget of the association concerned with the rules and age groups, in compliance with the legal provisions regulating sports and applying the principles of governance. Closing the file of pending disputes and paying urgent dues is a top priority for officials, to reduce burdens and reach a real balance between daily incomes and expenses.

At the technical level, the Moroccan club has been keen to ensure that the austerity measures do not affect the quality of sports competition, as attention is turning to activating the role of the Academy in a broader way to promote talent and feed the first team with ready-made and less expensive alternatives, in parallel with opening the door to new partnerships and sponsorships that enhance resources and help the association to self-finance its activities.
