بدأ المدرب البرتغالي “بيدرو جونسالفيز” مشواره على رأس القيادة الفنية لنادي الجيش الملكي المغربي بإبداء ارتياحه الكبير للأجواء العامة داخل القلعة العسكرية، منوهًا بجودة المنشآت الرياضية والتجهيزات الحديثة التي تملكها الأكاديمية، والتي تمنح الطاقم الفني واللاعبين بيئة مثالية للعمل والارتقاء بالمردود العام نحو حصد النتائج المرجوة.

وأوضح المدرب الجديد للفريق العسكري في حديثه للموقع الرسمي للنادي أن المنظومة بأكملها تسير بتناغم تام لدعم مسار التطوير، مثنيًا على الروح الحماسية والجدية التي يلمسها يوميًا في الحصص التدريبية، حيث يرى أن التنافس المحتدم بين اللاعبين لحجز مكان في التشكيل الأساسي هو حجر الزاوية لغرس ثقافة الفوز وصقل الشخصية التنافسية للمجموعة.

وعلى الصعيد الفني، شدد جونسالفيز على عزمه إرساء أسلوب لعب هجومي يواكب تطلعات النادي، بالتوازي مع رفع الكفاءة التكتيكية للاعبين لضمان حضور وازن في كافة البطولات التي ينافس عليها الفريق، واختتم المدرب حديثه بتوجيه نداء إلى الجماهير العسكرية لتقديم المساندة المستمرة للفريق خلال المحطات المقبلة، مشيرًا إلى أن تضافر جهود الجميع يمثل الوقود الحقيقي لتجاوز التحديات وتقديم أداء يرتقي لمكانة وتاريخ النادي.
