شهدت الساحة الرياضية في تركيا تطورات متسارعة عقب توقيف “فرحات غوندوغدو” رئيس لجنة الحكام المركزية في الاتحاد التركي لكرة القدم، برفقة نائبه و5 أشخاص آخرين، وذلك على خلفية تحقيقات أمنية وقضائية تمس نزاهة المنظومة التحكيمية وقضايا مراهنات رياضية.

وجاءت هذه التوقيفات بعد سلسلة مداهمات متزامنة نفذتها الأجهزة الأمنية في 4 محافظات مختلفة، حيث شملت تفتيش مقار العمل والمنازل الخاصة بالمشتبه بهم، بحثًا عن أدلة تدعم الاتهامات الموجهة إليهم، وقال وزير العدل التركي عبر منصة “إكس” إن عمليات تفتيش قضائية أُجريت في منازل وأماكن عمل ومكاتب الأشخاص الموقوفين، مشيرًا إلى وجود ادعاءات تتعلق بالتدخل في تصنيف الحكام وتعيينهم وعمليات تقييمهم، إلى جانب إجراءات الامتحانات الخاصة بقوانين كرة القدم.

وتستند النيابة العامة في مدينة إسطنبول إلى تقارير تفصيلية أعدها مكتب التحقيقات في الجرائم المالية، بالإضافة إلى سجلات المكالمات والشهادات الميدانية، لفحص شبهات التلاعب في لوائح الترقيات والتعيينات، فضلًا عن اتهامات تتعلق بتزوير مستندات وممارسة ضغوطات غير قانونية داخل المنظومة.

وتعيد هذه الواقعة إلى الأذهان أزمة الموسم الماضي حين عاقبت لجنة الانضباط 149 حكمًا بالإيقاف لفترات متفاوتة بسبب خرق لوائح المراهنات، بعد مسح شامل كشف تورط عدد كبير من قضاة الملاعب في إنشاء حسابات مراهنة ومشاركتهم في إدارة مواجهات رسمية بدوري الدرجة الأولى.

وأكد وزير العدل التركي أن السلطات ستواصل التحقيقات للوصول إلى حقيقة الادعاءات التي قال إنها تقوض الثقة في كرة القدم التركية، مع التشديد على محاسبة المسؤولين في حال ثبوت الاتهامات بحقهم، ورغم جسامة الملف الحالي وأثره البالغ على الشارع الرياضي، لم تؤكد جهات التحقيق حتى اللحظة وجود ارتباط مباشر بين التوقيفات الأخيرة والتحقيقات السابقة.

The Sports Arena in Turkey has witnessed accelerated developments following the arrest of” Ferhat gundogdo”, chairman of the central Referees Committee of the Turkish Football Federation, along with his deputy and 5 other people, against the background of security and judicial investigations affecting the integrity of the arbitration system and sports betting issues.

The Istanbul Public Prosecution is based on detailed reports prepared by the Financial Crimes Investigation Bureau, in addition to call records and field certificates, to examine suspicions of manipulation of promotions and appointments regulations, as well as accusations of falsifying documents and exerting illegal pressure within the system.

This incident brings to mind the crisis of last season, when the disciplinary committee punished 149 referees with suspensions for varying periods for violating betting regulations, after a comprehensive survey revealed the involvement of a large number of stadium judges in the establishment of betting accounts and their participation in the management of official confrontations in the first division league.

The Turkish justice minister stressed that the authorities will continue investigations to get to the truth of the allegations, which he said undermine confidence in Turkish football, with emphasis on holding officials accountable if the accusations against them are proven, and despite the gravity of the current file and its serious impact on the sports Street, the investigation authorities have not confirmed until the moment there is a direct link between the recent arrests and previous investigations.
