وجّه “أحمد حسن” أسطورة منتخب مصر وعميد لاعبي العالم السابق، رسائل قوية ومباشرة للمنظومة الكروية في مصر، مشددًا على ضرورة إنهاء حالة الجدل والانقسام التي طفت على السطح داخل صفوف الفراعنة مؤخرًا والعودة للالتفاف حول الجهاز الفني بقيادة حسام حسن.

وتأتي تحركات المنتخب الوطني في توقيت حاسم، حيث يختتم معسكره بمواجهة قوية أمام منتخب جنوب إفريقيا على استاد القاهرة الدولي، وسط ترقب جماهيري كبير لأداء الفراعنة واستقرار غرفة الملابس.

وأكد حسن في ظهوره التلفزيوني عبر شاشة أون سبورت أن النجم محمد صلاح يظل علامة فارقة دائمًا، موضحًا: “الاهتمام الإعلامي بمنتخب مصر في كأس العالم كان أكثر بتواجد محمد صلاح وهذه حقيقة لا يوجد بها خلاف لأن صلاح مختلف”.

وتطرق أحمد حسن إلى الأزمة التي أشعلت الوسط الرياضي مؤخرًا، مشيرًا إلى أن التصريحات الإعلامية التي خرجت من المدير الفني بشأن حارس المرمى محمد الشناوي كانت الشرارة التي سببت اللغط القائم، وتابع: “حالة الجدل التي نعيشها سببها تصريحات حسام حسن عن الشناوي، وما قاله بعدها إنه لم يقصد وهذه نقطة إيجابية، لكن عندما ننتقد بشكل صحي لا يليق أن يحزن أحد بسبب ذلك”.

وحث أحمد حسن جميع الأطراف على الترفع عن الخلافات وتغليب المصلحة العامة، وقال: “لم الشمل حاليًا مهم، حسام له كامل الاحترام والتقدير من الجميع وكذلك اللاعبين واتحاد الكرة ومن مصلحة المنتخب الجميع يتنازل حتى تسير الأمور على مايرام”.

وفي ختام حديثه، ركز أحمد حسن على أهمية احتواء ركائز المنتخب وأعمدته الأساسية لضمان النجاح، موضحًا: “لدينا بعض الأمور حدثت لا بد أن يكون لها حلول ولها تدخلات ويحدث لم شمل للاعبين الكبار، سواء الشناوي أو صلاح أو عبد المنعم، الناس طمعت بعد ما رأيناه في كأس العالم”.

Former Egyptian football icon Ahmed Hassan has issued a passionate plea to ease the growing tension surrounding the national team, urging all parties to unite behind head coach Hossam Hassan and move past recent controversies.

The Pharaohs are set to conclude their camp with a heavyweight friendly clash against South Africa at Cairo International Stadium, amid intense scrutiny over the squad’s internal cohesion.

Speaking during his appearance on ON Sport, Hassan highlighted the global stature of Mohamed Salah, stating: “The media attention on the Egyptian national team in the World Cup was higher with Mohamed Salah present, and that is an undeniable fact because Salah is truly exceptional.”

Addressing the root cause of the recent public debate, the former captain pointed to Hossam Hassan’s remarks regarding goalkeeper Mohamed El-Shenawy, noting: “The ongoing controversy stems from Hossam Hassan’s comments about El-Shenawy. His later clarification that he did not intend offense is a positive step, but when healthy criticism is raised, it is unacceptable for anyone to take offense.”

Hassan emphasized that mutual compromise is essential to maintain harmony, adding: “Unifying ranks right now is vital. Hossam commands full respect from everyone, as do the players and the Football Association, and for the national team’s best interest, everyone must make concessions to keep things running smoothly.”

Concluding his remarks, he urged immediate intervention to preserve team morale, stressing: “Certain issues have surfaced that require clear solutions, effective intervention, and a genuine reconciliation among the senior leaders, whether El-Shenawy, Salah, or Abdelmonem; people’s expectations have risen significantly after what we achieved on the world stage.”
