تعيش الأوساط الكروية في القارة السمراء حالة من الترقب الشديد انتظاراً للكلمة الأخيرة من محكمة التحكيم الرياضي الدولية، بشأن النزاع المشتعل حول المشهد الختامي لكأس أمم إفريقيا 2025، ورغم إغلاق باب المرافعة القانونية وانتقال الملف برمته إلى طاولة المداولة، لا يزال الغموض يكتنف الموعد الدقيق لصدور الحكم الذي ينتظره الملايين في الرباط وداكار.

وبحسب مصادر من الجامعة الملكية المغربية لكرة القدم، فإن الفريق القانوني المغربي استوفى كافة دفوعه ومتطلباته الإجرائية خلال جلسة الاستماع التي عقدتها المحكمة في مقرها بمدينة لوزان السويسرية مطلع الشهر الحالي. وشهدت تلك الجلسة استعراضاً مفصلاً للمستندات واللوائح المنظمة التي بني عليها الموقف المغربي.

وأفادت ذات المصادر أن الهيئة القضائية المكلفة بالملف أخطرت الجانب المغربي رسمياً بدخول القضية مرحلة الفحص والتمحيص النهائي للبيانات والحجج المقابلة، توطئة لإصدار القرار الفاصل. ومع ذلك، لم يحدد الإخطار تاريخاً زمنياً ملزماً لإشهار الحكم، واكتفت المحكمة بالإشارة إلى أن المنطوق سيصدر في أقرب فرصة تتاح لهيئة التحكيم بعد الفراغ من دراسة حيثيات القضية بتأنٍ.

ويعود الصراع إلى طعن تقدم به الاتحاد السنغالي ضد قرار لجنة الاستئناف التابعة للاتحاد الإفريقي لكرة القدم، والتي قضت في وقت سابق بتثبيت خسارة أسود التيرانغا بنتيجة ثلاثة أهداف دون رد نتيجة الانسحاب، واعتماد فوز المنتخب المغربي باللقب، وجاء هذا التدخل الإداري بعدما شهدت أرضية الميدان فوزاً سنغالياً بهدف نظيف عقب التمديد لشوطين إضافيين، قبل أن تشتد أحداث ما بعد اللقاء بمجريات التتويج وتحول الصراع من المستطيل الأخضر إلى منصات التقاضي الدولي.

According to the same sources, the judicial authority in charge of the file has officially notified the Moroccan side that the case has entered the final examination and examination of the corresponding statements and arguments, in preparation for issuing the final decision.
