أتخذ النجم النرويجي “إيرلينج هالاند” هداف مانشستر سيتي الإنجليزي خطوة استثمارية جديدة في الشرق الأوسط برفقة والده آلفي هالاند، بعدما أتما شراء وحدتين سكنيتين فاخرتين في قلب العاصمة الإماراتية أبوظبي، وذلك ضمن مجمع سكني راق تطوره شركة “أوهانا” العقارية بالتعاون مع النادي الإنجليزي.

والمشروع الذي يحمل اسم ياس ريزيدنسز باي أوهانا تقدر استثماراته الإجمالية بنحو 3.92 مليار يورو، ويقع في جزيرة ياس بجوار القناة المائية. وقد جرى الكشف عن تفاصيل انضمام هالاند إلى هذا المجمع السكني الضخم خلال حفل جماهيري حاشد حضره قرابة 4000 شخص، وشارك فيه بيب جوارديولا الذي تحدث باستفاضة عن حبه للمدينة واعتبرها بمثابة بيته الثاني، في حين صعد والد هالاند إلى المنصة معبرا عن امتنانه للوجود في الفعالية واعتذار نجله عن عدم الحضور شخصيا.

وظهر المهاجم النرويجي في رسالة مصورة مسجلة بثت أمام الحضور، معربا عن حماسه الشديد لتلك الخطوة بقوله: “مرحبا بالجميع، يسعدني جدا الانضمام إلى هذا المشروع المشترك بين مانشستر سيتي وشركة أوهانا، لقد قمت للتو بشراء منزل، وفعل والدي الأمر نفسه، وسنصبح جيرانا قريبا. نحن نعشق هذه المنطقة بحق، وأتطلع بحماس لكل ما هو قادم”.

ومن جهتها، كشفت صحيفة “ذا صن” البريطانية عن التفاصيل المالية وطبيعة الوحدات داخل المجمع، مشيرة إلى أن أسعار منازل التاون هاوس المؤلفة من غرفتي نوم تدور حول (935 ألف يورو)، بينما تناهز أسعار الفيلات المكونة من خمس غرف نوم والممتدة على مساحة 600 متر مربع حاجز (2.8 مليون يورو)، في حين تتجاوز الوحدات الأكثر فخامة وتميزا مبلغ (8.4 مليون يورو). ويتيح هذا الاستثمار لمالكي الوحدات الحصول تلقائيا على التأشيرة الذهبية للإقامة في دولة الإمارات لمدة عشر سنوات.

ويضم المجمع السكني الجديد مرافق ترفيهية ورياضية متكاملة تواكب أسلوب الحياة العصري، تشمل صالات تدريب بدني متقدمة، ومسارا لسباقات الكارتينغ، ومدرجا مفتوحا، ومراكز صحية ومنتجعات سبا، بالإضافة إلى مساحات للتزلج وجدران للتسلق ومجموعة واسعة من المطاعم.

وعلى الجانب المالي، فضل إيغيل أوستنستاد، المستشار المالي الخاص بعائلة هالاند، التزام الصمت حيال تفاصيل الصفقة، مؤكدا في تصريح مقتضب أن ما ظهر في مقطع الفيديو الترويجي والحدث الرسمي يوضح الصورة كاملة ولا يحتاج إلى أي تعقيب إضافي.

وبهذه الخطوة يواصل هداف السيتيزنز توسيع محفظته الاستثمارية العقارية التي باتت تضم أصولا متعددة في مختلف المدن الأوروبية، منها شقتان في النرويج موزعتان بين مسقط رأسه في بلدة بريني ومجمع سوميرو في أوسلو، إلى جانب فيلا فخمة على السواحل الإسبانية في ماربيا، بالإضافة إلى عقار اشترى ملكيته حديثا في مقاطعة تشيشير الإنجليزية بالقرب من مدينة مانشستر.

The Norwegian Star “Erling Haaland”, the English top scorer of Manchester City, has taken a new investment step in the Middle East with his father Alfie Haaland, after they completed the purchase of two luxury residential units in the heart of the UAE capital Abu Dhabi, within a high-end residential complex developed by Ohana real estate company in cooperation with the English club.

The project, named Yas Residences by Ohana, has a total investment of 3.92 billion euros and is located on Yas Island next to the canal. The details of Haaland’s joining this huge residential complex were revealed during a public ceremony attended by almost 4,000 people, attended by Pep Guardiola, who spoke at length about his love for the city and considered it as his second home, while Haaland’s father took to the podium expressing his gratitude for being at the event and his son’s apology for not attending in person.

The Norwegian striker appeared in a recorded video message broadcast to the audience, expressing his great enthusiasm for the move by saying: “hello everyone, I am very pleased to join this joint venture between Manchester City and OHANA, I just bought a house, my parents did the same, we will soon become neighbors. We really love this region and I am looking forward to everything that is to come”.

For its part, the British newspaper “The Sun” revealed the financial details and the nature of the units inside the complex, pointing out that the prices of two-bedroom townhouses are about (935 thousand euros), while the prices of five-bedroom villas spread over an area of 600 square meters are about (2.8 million euros), while the most luxurious and distinguished units exceed the amount of (8.4 million euros). This investment allows unit owners to automatically obtain a golden visa to reside in the UAE for ten years.

The new residential complex includes integrated leisure and sports facilities that keep pace with the modern lifestyle, including advanced physical training gyms, a karting track, an open Amphitheater, health centers and spa resorts, in addition to ski areas, climbing walls and a wide range of restaurants.

On the financial side, Egil Ostenstad, the financial adviser of the Haaland family, preferred to remain silent about the details of the deal, stressing in a brief statement that what appeared in the promotional video and the official event shows the whole picture and does not need any additional comment.

With this move, the cities scorer continues to expand his real estate investment portfolio, which now includes multiple assets in various European cities, including two apartments in Norway distributed between his hometown in the town of breni and the sumero complex in Oslo, as well as a luxury villa on the Spanish coast in Marbella, in addition to a newly purchased property in the English county of Cheshire near the city of Manchester.
