دافع “عصام عبد الفتاح” رئيس لجنة الحكام، عن طاقم التحكيم الأجنبي الذي تولى إدارة مواجهة القمة الأخيرة بين الأهلي والزمالك، والتي انتهت بتفوق الفريق الأحمر بثنائية نظيفة ضمن لقاءات الجولة السادسة من بطولة الدوري الممتاز، وذلك وفق تقرير أورده موقع بطولات بقلم الصحفي روماني شحاتة.

ورد رئيس اللجنة على الانتقادات التي طالت السلوفيني وطاقمه وشكوى مسؤولي القلعة البيضاء بشأن مستوى الإدارة التحكيمية للقاء، مؤكداً في تصريحات إذاعية عبر أون سبورت أن الحديث عن تواضع مستوى الحكم غير دقيق. وأشار عبد الفتاح إلى أن هذا الحكم نفسه أسندت إليه مؤخراً مواجهة دولية كبرى جمعت بين منتخبي فرنسا وبلجيكا خلال منافسات دوري الأمم الأوروبية، وهو ما يبرهن على وجوده ضمن حكام الصفوة في القارة العجوز.

وأوضح عبد الفتاح فلسفته تجاه منظومة التحكيم قائلاً:”ليس لي أن أقيم التحكيم الأجنبي، لكن أقيم التحكيم المصري ونناقش الفارق، لجنة الحكام تفعل أقصى شيء ممكن، وبالتأكيد هناك قرارات اتخذها الحكم السلوفيني في مباراة القمة إذا كان حكم مصري أو إفريقي أو من أمريكا الجنوبية ربما تختلف القرارات”.

وتابع رداً على تحفظات الزمالك: “بيان وشكوى الزمالك بأن الحكم دون المستوى؟ هذا الحكم أدار مواجهة بلجيكا ضد فرنسا في دوري الأمم الأوروبية بالتوقف الدولي، هل مباراة بهذه القيمة لا يديرها حكم نخبة؟، أنا دائما ضد التحكيم الأجنبي وأطالب دائما بعودة الثقة للتحكيم المصري، واختيارنا للحكام الأوروبيين عن أمريكا الجنوبية بسبب التكلفة المالية فتذكرة الطيران وحدها لحكم من أمريكا الجنوبية تكون مرتفعة جداً”.
