أغلق القضاء الفرنسي رسمياً واحدة من أكثر القضايا إثارة للجدل في أروقة كرة القدم الأوروبية خلال الفترة الأخيرة، بعدما قررت السلطات القضائية حفظ الدعوى التي حركها النجم الفرنسي “كيليان مبابي” ضد ناديه السابق باريس سان جيرمان، معلنة إسدال الستار على فصول المعركة القانونية بين الطرفين.

وجاء هذا القرار القضائي نتيجة لعدم توافر أدلة كافية تدعم الشكوى، فضلاً عن خطوة مبابي الأخيرة بسحب دعواه رسمياً، ما دفع المحكمة إلى إغلاق ملف التحقيق بصورة نهائية وإنهاء حالة الشد والجذب التي استمرت لعدة أشهر، وتعود جذور الخلاف إلى التوترات الحادة التي اشتعلت مطلع موسم 2022/2023، حين قررت الإدارة الباريسية تجميد اللاعب واستبعاده من معسكر الفريق للضغط عليه لتجديد تعاقده، وهو ما اعتبره مبابي حينها ممارسة لضغوط نفسية ومعنوية غير قانونية في بيئة العمل.

ولم يتوقف النزاع عند حدود المعاملة الإدارية، بل أمتد ليشمل خلافات مالية حادة حول رواتب متأخرة ومكافآت توقيع لم تصرف، ليتصاعد التوتر ويصل إلى ساحات المحاكم بدعوى رسمية تقدم بها اللاعب في مايو 2025، قبل أن تتلاشى كل هذه القضايا مؤخراً وتصل العلاقة التعاقدية السابقة بين الطرفين إلى تسوية نهائية لا رجعة فيها.

The French judiciary has officially closed one of the most controversial cases in the corridors of European football during the recent period, after the judicial authorities decided to save the lawsuit brought by the French star “Kylian Mbappe” against his former club Paris Saint-Germain, announcing the closing of the curtain on the chapters of the legal battle between the parties.

This judicial decision came as a result of the lack of sufficient evidence to support the complaint, as well as Mbappe’s recent move to officially withdraw his lawsuit, which prompted the court to permanently close the investigation file and end the tug-of-war that lasted for several months, and the roots of the dispute are due to the acute tensions that flared up at the beginning of the 2022/2023 season, when the Parisian management decided to freeze the player and exclude him from the team camp to pressure him to renew his contract, which Mbappe considered then illegal psychological and moral pressure in the work environment.

The dispute did not stop at the limits of the administrative transaction, but extended to include severe financial disputes over overdue salaries and signing bonuses that were not paid, to escalate the tension and reach the courts with an official lawsuit filed by the player in May 2025, before all these issues faded recently and the previous contractual relationship between the parties reached a final and irreversible settlement.
