أفادت تقارير صحفية صادرة عن وكالات أنباء عالمية أن نادي باريس سان جيرمان الفرنسي بدأ تحركات جادة ومكثفة للتعاقد مع “ويليام صليبا”، مدافع أرسنال وقائد الخط الخلفي للمنتخب الفرنسي، وذلك في إطار خطة النادي الباريسي لإعادة بناء منظومته الدفاعية بأسماء من العيار الثقيل.

وجاء هذا التحرك بتوصية مباشرة من المدرب الإسباني لويس إنريكي، الذي منح إدارة ناديه الضوء الأخضر لبدء المفاوضات بعدما وضع المدافع الشاب كخيار أول لا بديل عنه في الميركاتو القادم. وتستعد الإدارة الباريسية لتقديم عرض افتتاحي تصل قيمته إلى قرابة (90 مليون يورو) في محاولة لجس نبض النادي اللندني ومعرفة مدى استعداده للتفاوض حول رحيل لاعبه.

ورغم الإغراءات المالية الكبيرة، فإن المهمة تبدو معقدة للغاية أمام متصدر الدوري الفرنسي، إذ ترفض إدارة أرسنال والمدير الفني ميكيل أرتيتا فكرة التخلي عن المدافع الفرنسي بأي ثمن، نظرا لكونه الركيزة الدفاعية الأساسية في مشروع المدرب الإسباني وعنصرا حاسما في منافسات الفريق المحلية والقارية، ويرتبط صليبا بعقد طويل الأمد يمتد حتى صيف عام 2030، وهو ما يضع النادي في موقع قوة ويتيح له إغلاق الباب تماما أمام أي محاولات لكسر استقرار تشكيلته الأساسية.

According to press reports issued by international news agencies, the French club Paris Saint-Germain has begun serious and intensive moves to sign “William Saliba”, Arsenal defender and the leader of the back line of the French national team, as part of the Parisian club’s plan to rebuild its defensive system with names of high caliber.

The move came on the direct recommendation of Spanish coach Luis Enrique, who gave his club’s management the green light to start negotiations after placing the young defender as the first and irreplaceable option in the next Mercato. Despite the big financial Temptations, the task seems very complicated for the French league leader, as Arsenal management and technical director Mikel Arteta reject the idea of abandoning the French defender at any cost, given that he is the main defensive pillar in the Spanish coach’s project and a crucial element in the team’s domestic and continental competitions, and is tied to a long-term contract that runs until the summer of 2030, which puts the club in a position of strength and allows it to completely close the door to any attempts to break the stability of its core lineup.
