كشف الهولندي “إيريك تين هاج” المدرب السابق لمانشستر يونايتد تفاصيل جديدة ومثيرة عن فترة تدريبه للفريق الإنجليزي، وخلافاته مع النجم البرتغالي كريستيانو رونالدو، موجها انتقادات لاذعة لإدارة النادي.

وفي مقابلة مطولة أجراها مع صحيفة “ذا أتلتيك” البريطانية اليوم الثلاثاء 20 أكتوبر 2026، قال تين هاج إن إدارة مانشستر يونايتد وعدته بالولاء والدعم والتواصل المستمر، لكنها لم تلتزم بوعودها على الإطلاق، وأضاف: “لقد وعدوني بالولاء والدعم والتواصل. ناقشنا المشكلات، لكنهم لم يفوا بوعودهم”، معربا عن أسفه الشديد لرحيل لاعب الوسط سكوت مكتوميناي، الذي كان يرغب في الاحتفاظ به، مؤكدا أن الفريق كان لا يزال قادرا على التطور قبل إقالته في أكتوبر 2024.

وتحدث تين هاج بصراحة عن أزمته مع كريستيانو رونالدو، موضحا أن النجم البرتغالي لم يكن يلتزم بالمتطلبات البدنية التي طلبها منه الجهاز الفني، وأكمل: “لم يكن يركض بالكرة أو من دونها، لقد خذل الفريق وخذلني أيضا، لأننا وضعنا خططنا على أساس وجوده معنا”.

وأشار المدرب الهولندي إلى أنه كان يحترم رونالدو باعتباره أحد أفضل اللاعبين في تاريخ كرة القدم، لكنه اضطر إلى اتخاذ قرارات قاسية تخدم مصلحة الفريق ككل، كما انتقد ثقافة العمل داخل مانشستر يونايتد، معتبرا أنها منحت بعض اللاعبين نفوذا أكبر مما ينبغي، وقال: “إنهم يواصلون تكريس هذه الثقافة السامة، ويغذونها ويمنحون اللاعبين السلطة”، مشيرا بشكل خاص إلى طريقة التعامل مع ماركوس راشفورد.

ورغم كل الخلافات، احتفظ تين هاج بتقديره للفترة التي قضاها مع مانشستر يونايتد، بعدما قاد الفريق للتتويج بكأس الرابطة الإنجليزية وكأس الاتحاد الإنجليزي، واصفا التتويج بكأس الاتحاد عام 2024 بأنه “أجمل لحظة في حياتي مع مانشستر”، لكنه عبر عن خيبة أمله الكبيرة بسبب غياب الاستقرار والدعم الإداري الذي كان يحتاجه لمواصلة المشروع.
