Reports revealed the details of the administrative and legal situation within the Al-Ahly club after the decision of the Fifa Players ‘ Status chamber to oblige the club to pay (357 thousand euros) in favor of the Swiss “Harald gamberley”, the former assistant coach at the “Marcel Kohler” apparatus, along with an annual interest of 5%.
The move to clarify the picture came after the publication of the reasons for the decision issued in late May, where the media “Karim Ramez” confirmed that the civil administration did not stand still and filed an official appeal against the verdict immediately after it was issued, and the Swiss lawyer “Monterrey” is fully following up the file, the same lawyer charged with ending similar disputes related to the assistant crew of the Portuguese Ricardo Soares.
Al-Ahli’s defense is based on several data and documents that he believes change the course of the case, foremost of which is the full provision of expenses for the assistant and his family’s stay in El Gouna for eight months in appreciation of the conditions of his children’s study and the stability of his family. Club officials were likely to include the technical staff in the settlement that was previously made with Kohler’s agent, but the management was surprised by their exclusion and resort to direct complaint without providing space for friendly negotiation.
