حسمت إدارة نادي ريال مدريد الإسباني ملف حراسة المرمى بصورة نهائية، بعدما توصلت إلى تفاهم رسمي يقضي بربط الحارس البلجيكي “تيبو كورتوا” بعقد جديد يضمن استمراره داخل قلعة “سانتياغو برنابيو” لسنوات إضافية، واضعا حدا لأي تكهنات حول مستقبله مع اقتراب نهاية عقده الراهن.

ووفقا لما نقله الصحفي الإيطالي “فابريزيو رومانو” عبر حسابه الرسمي على منصة “إكس”، فإن إدارة ريال مدريد أتمت اتفاق شفهي كامل مع الحارس الدولي لتجديد ارتباطه بالفريق حتى صيف عام 2028، بعدما كانت فترته الحالية تشرف على نهايتها بختام الموسم الجاري، وأشار إلى أن مسؤولي الريال يرون في كورتوا ركيزة أساسية لا يمكن التفريط بها وأحد أفضل من يحمي عرين الفريق خلال الوقت الحالي، مؤكدا أن توقيع العقود الرسمية والإعلان المنتظر سيتمان في غضون أيام قليلة.

وكان العملاق البلجيكي قد انضم إلى صفوف ريال مدريد في صيف 2018 قادما من تشيلسي في صفقة بلغت قيمتها قرابة (35 مليون يورو)، ومنذ ذلك الحين تحول إلى صمام أمان حقيقي للكتيبة البيضاء؛ إذ قاد الفريق لحصد بطولات تاريخية يتصدرها التتويج بلقب دوري أبطال أوروبا في مناسبتين، إلى جانب التتويج بلقب الدوري الإسباني ثلاث مرات، مسجلا اسمه بين أبرز الحراس الذين مروا على تاريخ النادي الملكي.

The Belgian giant joined Real Madrid in the summer of 2018 from Chelsea in a deal worth almost 35 million euros, and since then he has become a real safety valve for the White battalion; he led the team to historic championships, topped by winning the Champions League title on two occasions, in addition to winning the Spanish league title three times, registering his name among the most prominent guards who have passed the history of the Royal Club.
