تعيش أروقة المنتخب البرتغالي أزمة إدارية وفنية حادة تصدرت عناوين الصحافة العالمية، بعدما كشفت شبكة “SIC Notícias” البرتغالية، ونقلت عنها منصة “Tribuna”، تفاصيل صدام مبطن بين الدائرة المقربة من النجم كريستيانو رونالدو والمدير الفني جورجي جيسوس، وصل إلى حد التهديد بالإقالة المباشرة.

وجاءت هذه التطورات عبر تصريحات كارلوس بادراو، الصديق المقرب من جيسوس، خلال مشاركته في برنامج “Jogo Aberto” على شاشة “SIC Notícias”؛ حيث أوضح أن تياغو كرافيرو، المسؤول السابق في الاتحادين البرتغالي والأوروبي والذي يشغل حالياً منصب المستشار الاستراتيجي لشركة رونالدو الاستثمارية “CR7 SA”، أجرى اتصالاً مباشراً بأحد أعضاء الطاقم المعاون للمدرب جيسوس قبيل المؤتمر الصحفي لمواجهة الدنمارك في دوري الأمم الأوروبية.

ونقل كرافيرو تحذيراً شديد اللهجة يفيد بأن عدم خروج جيسوس باعتذار علني وصريح أمام وسائل الإعلام سيكلفه منصبه على رأس القيادة الفنية لمنتخب “البحارة”، ولم تتوقف الضغوط عند التهديد الشفهي، بل سعت الدائرة المحيطة بقائد البرتغال إلى صياغة مسودة بيان محدد ليقرأه جيسوس في المؤتمر، وهو ما قوبل برفض قاطع من المدرب، الذي أوضح للمقربين منه استعداده لتحمل مسؤولية أي سوء تقدير في إدارة المباريات، مؤكداً في الوقت ذاته أن الإقرار بالخطأ يختلف تماماً عن تقديم اعتذار مهين ومفروض مسبقاً.

وجذور الخلاف تعود إلى عدم الالتزام ببرنامج المشاركة المتفق عليه بين الطرفين خلال فترة التوقف الدولي؛ إذ أشار الصحفي البريطاني “بيرس مورجان” إلى وجود تفاهم مسبق يقضي بخوض رونالدو لقاء ويلز كاملاً، غير أن خروجه في الدقيقة 67 فتح باب التوتر وأجبر جيسوس على محاولة تلطيف الأجواء مع اللاعب ورئيس الاتحاد بيدرو بروينسا.

وتأزمت الأوضاع بصورة أكبر خلال مواجهة النرويج التالية، بعدما أجرى رونالدو تدريبات الإحماء لما يقارب نصف ساعة دون أن يدفع به المدرب، ما دفع قائد المنتخب إلى نشر رسالة مفتوحة عبر فيها عن استيائه من تكرار الوعود الفنية دون تطبيقها داخل المستطيل الأخضر.

وتكتسب الأزمة حساسية مضاعفة بالنظر إلى التاريخ المشترك بين الطرفين؛ حيث عملا معاً داخل نادي النصر السعودي وتوجا بلقب دوري المحترفين، كما لعب جيسوس إلى جانب رئيس الاتحاد البرتغالي دوراً محورياً في ثني رونالدو عن الاعتزال الدولي عقب الخروج من ثمن نهائي كأس العالم أمام إسبانيا، لحثه على كتابة نهاية تليق بمسيرته التاريخية.

وبحسب بادراو، فإن المدرب يشعر بحسرة بالغة حيال ما آلت إليه الأمور، معتبراً أن توتر العلاقة ناتج عن تدخلات إدارية غير موفقة، في وقت يحتاج فيه رونالدو إلى محيط يقدم له النصح الرياضي الصادق بعيداً عن حسابات العمل والمصالح.

The corridors of the Portuguese national team are experiencing an acute administrative and technical crisis that made headlines in the World Press, after the Portuguese network “SIC Notícias”, quoted by The Tribune platform, revealed the details of a padded clash between the close circle of the star Cristiano Ronaldo and the technical director Jorge Jesus, up to the threat of direct dismissal.

These developments came through the statements of Carlos badrao, a close friend of Jesus, during his participation in the program “Jogo Aberto” on the screen of “SIC Notícias”, where he explained that Thiago Cravero, a former official in the Portuguese and European federations and currently the strategic adviser to Ronaldo’s investment company “CR7 SA”, made direct contact with one of the members of the assistant staff of coach Jesus before the press conference to face Denmark in the UEFA Nations League.

According to badrao, the coach feels very sad about what has happened, considering that the tension of the relationship is caused by unsuccessful administrative interventions, at a time when Ronaldo needs an environment that provides him with honest sports advice away from work calculations and interests.
